Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

STYLE AROMATHERAPY strives to deliver & guarantees all the products sent to be of the freshest and highest quality available. We provide excellent packaging of products to meet the needs of the customer expectation. We assure that all the products sent would be properly checked  and leak-proof .

At STYLE AROMATHERAPY, OUR MOTTO is to deliver your purchases in excellent condition as seamlessly and as quickly as possible.

 

Ordering Policy, Delivery Timeline & Payments

  • Goods are dispatched through major courier services like Bluedart, Delhivery, Fedex, ECom.
  • In the Northern India, we deliver within 3-4 days of order confirmation and to the rest of India within 5-7 days.
  • After you have placed the order, you will get an e-mail confirming each order received with us. Please check your e-mail inbox and junk folder and if you want any correction, you are requested to get in touch with us.
  • After dispatch, customers will be mailed copy of Invoice and tracking details.

ORDER TRACKING

For Tracking orders, you can track your shipment online using your order tracking number (which will be provided during order confirmation.

Payments

  • We accept all major credit, debit cards and net banking payments and wallets.
  • All online payments through banks / credit cards / debit cards are SSL Secured & encrypted.
  • We don’t accept payment by cheque or drafts or cash.

Shipping & Handling

Orders are shipped via BlueDart, Fedex, ECom, Delhivery, Courier Service and delivered within 3-7 days depending on location. We have a tie up with best in trade courier companies but sometimes due to unavoidable situations, delivery can be delayed by a day or two.

 

If you do not receive your order within the above specified time, you are requested to please track it on courier website. Make sure that you have not missed the delivery. In case, it is not received please contact us at support@stylearoma.in or call us at 01147320122

 

Wrong address – Once it is established that goods were not delivered to customer due to wrong address or courier company not able to contact customer, goods will be returned back and refund process will be initiated. Courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Policy

 

STYLEAROMA THERAPY hopes that you never have to cancel or return a product. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. To make things easy  we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.

Order has not been shipped yet: Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled and refunded. The amount will be refunded to the original source of payment.

 

Personal care products once ordered and dispatched will not be refunded in any circumstances.

 

Order was damaged when received: We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or refund your order under such circumstance. We would request you to let us know of the damage along with images so that we can make sure the same is not repeated with any other customer.

If goods are received in defective or damaged condition, customer needs to immediately contact though email or phone our customer care for such concerns. Customer has window of 24 hours to contact. After that, such queries will not be entertained.

 

Customers with proper invoice that matches our record will be eligible for return consideration.

 

Procedure

  • We need 2 working days to understand the case and initiate the process of recall of product to initiate refund or return.
  • Normally, our courier company will take 3 working days to collect the parcel from your place.
  • Goods will reach us in 5-7 working days depending upon the location of your address.
  • Once goods are received, we will take 2 working days to arrive at a decision.

 

Incorrect items received: We are proud of the robustness of our fulfilment process and the right shipment would reach the right person at the right place. In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will ship the right items to you and collect the incorrect items from you at your convenience.

 

Please Note: We do not Offer Product Returns once the product has been opened.

 

Refund process & duration after confirmation.

In case of refunds which is approved by us after product recall , the amount paid by you will get refunded using mode of payment within 10 -12 working days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too which is beyond our control. If refund via payment gateway is not possible, our customer team will contact you to share NEFT / RTGS details in order to transfer the money.

 

Grievance Redressal
Redressal Mechanism: Any complaints, abuse or concerns with regards to content and or comment or breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to the designated Grievance Officer as mentioned below via in writing or through email signed with the electronic signature to.
